Exchanges
Unworn items with their tags attached can be exchanged for another size or set within 7 days of delivery, subject to stock.
Message us with your order number to arrange an exchange. Delivery charges for exchanges are paid by the customer unless the item was faulty.
If you receive:
- A damaged or faulty item
- The wrong item or size
- A missing item
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the parcel and item. We'll arrange a replacement at no cost to you.
Sale items
Items bought on sale can be exchanged for size only, and are not refundable.
